It would involve the support for preparation of year plans, term plans, implementation of creative strategies, class observations, student programmes, mentoring of teachers, team building among academic and administrative staff such that motivation and enthusiasm to contribute to the vision is abundant. ACT at all stages of curriculum management would be a facilitator. ACT would view the developments and the successes and the scope for improvement and suggest the latest ways and methods so as to act as a research consultant for the institution.
The process is designed to trigger a passion among management, teachers and learners to love learning, understand concepts, develop independent study skills, develop a common understanding of the vision of the school and work cohesively towards achieving the same.

Assessment of Teaching & Learning: Periodic visits and observations and reflections would be facilitated to understand the change in teaching strategies. A study of the notebooks would explain the change in the classroom.

Assessment of Teachers: The quality of teaching would be monitored closely by frequent class observations, feedback from school authorities and informal feedback from students as well as personal discussions with teachers and relevant authorities.

Assessment of learners – A regular system would be developed in consultation with the school for developing a profile of a learner which reflects, academic skills, personality traits and attitudes and values cherished by the learner. It would also indicate the all round persona of the learner with inputs from all teachers, sports coaches, mentors, wardens, principal and co-curricular heads.

Assessment of processes and systems: A regular feedback from school authorities and the analysis of proformas would provide a holistic picture of the progress made in the school.

Assessment of adherence quality parameters: To understand the commitment of the teachers, students and management to quality, regular checks would be provided to understand the progress and make mid course corrections through open communication channels and interactions at all levels.

Assessment of visibility of the institution and its involvement in community projects: A regular feedback mechanism would be devised to check the implementation of the action plan suggested and the success of the various initiatives planned.
