addition to a live demonstration of using these tools.
• Next 45 minutes will be given for participants to work in groups, (possibly in breakout rooms), to explore and try out
the application
• The last 30 minutes of the session would be utilized for clarification of any doubts in the process of using the
application.
• The rest of the day would be utilized by participants to use the application and create related content for their
class. This will be submitted for evaluation by the ACT team.
• Link of a demonstration video, uploaded to YouTube will be provided at the end of the day so that the participants
can get back and view at their pace, in their time and have a better understanding of using the application.
ASSESSING THE OUTCOMES
• The evaluation will be done by the ACT team members.
• It will be purely on the basis of the process and NOT the content.
• We will NOT be looking into the quality of the content and lessons you have created. However, we will be providing
feedback on the reachability and accessibility of the documents prepared for the students.

THE TAKEAWAY FROM THE WORKSHOP:
• Documents can be used as material created for starting your classes. This will help you buy time and gain the confidence
to create more such lessons/resources and keep it ready for use in the subsequent classes.
• Material created by one teacher for a class can be used by all the other teachers who handle the same subject in
different sections.
• Co-creation of resources is always welcome and this reduces stress and at the same time increases the quality of
resources
• Identifying and using open access material, available on the internet.
