Smt. Kalpana Mohan is a dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate
an educational leader having over 30 years of experience.
Smt. Kalpana Mohan has obtained her Master’s in political science,
Mass Communication & Journalism. She has also done M.S in
Education Management from Alagappa University. Presently she is pursuing her MBA
from ICFAI.
She has been a passionate teacher, capable administrator and an outstanding institution
builder. She has served as the Principal of a leading ICSE school for over a decade and then
went on to build a top-class IGCSE school in Bangalore. She is recognised as a motivational
trainer, stimulating a large number of teachers and educators.
Smt. Kalpana Mohan is a certified Programme Leader and Exam Officer by CIE and a
certified CIE teacher for global perceptive. She is also a certified leadership and
behavioural trainer, accredited by the American TESOL University. She is an In-house
trainer for mind mapping and multiple intelligence and certified quality circle time trainer
by Jenny Morsley.
She has made paper presentations at various national and international conferences. She
has also written articles in different newspapers.
