Ms. Manvitha Masgode is a Senior Faculty, Counselling Psychologist and Researcher at ACT, Bengaluru. She has been a passionate Educator and a Curriculum developer in the area of Education, for which she has received good Teacher award from Sansera and Best Teacher award from Excide. Ms. Manvitha has engaged herself in many projects related to Mental Health as an established Counsellor working with clients from India and overseas, generated psychological assessment and profile report as supportive evidence for courts in India and UK, coordinated Focus Group Discussions, been an international paper reviewer and presented scientific research papers on various topics in Mental Health. She is the recipient of Stanley Schachter award for her contribution in the field of counselling, She Power award for contribution in the field of Mental Health and Social service. Ms. Manvitha is a certified International Trainer and Coach, has had her clientele across the globe, has trained Teachers/students &, Corporates in Asia and Government Officials in India. She is the recipient of Global Leadership Award in Mental Health category for her relentless work in the field. Graduate education, enjoys discourses on spiritual topics, has been a National Skater & State level Table Tennis player, also has been a journalist with the renowned Dainik Jagran group, an honorary Executive Editor of Priya Vahini news, Animal activist & green activist, an artist and Bharathanatyam dancer, currently pursuing LLB legal studies to aid work in psychosocial rehabilitation Of Juveniles/ orphans & Victims.
Ms. Manvitha believes in a holistic approach towards mental and physical wellbeing and that Education is a lifelong process towards personal growth, transformation and professional excellence.
