Ms. Vijayalaxmi Chabbi has completed her MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from Karnataka State Open University and BSc in Community Science from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad, with a specialization in Human Development and Family Studies, focusing on Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).

She began her career at the Deshpande Foundation as an Instructor in the EarlySpark Programme, where she worked for nearly three years delivering engaging classroom practices and supporting early learning. Her dedication and expertise led to her promotion as Master Trainer, where she managed a team of instructors, conducted capacity-building workshops, and designed strategies to enhance socio-emotional learning in government school classrooms.

Presently, she is working with ACT–Hubli as Faculty-PYP. In this role, she is responsible for delivering and facilitating teacher training programmes, supporting curriculum implementation, and fostering innovative teaching methodologies to strengthen foundational learning in the early years.
