Ms. Gayatri Kulkarni has a rich experience of more than three decades in Education. She started her career as an English teacher and later took up the role of a principal in a start- up school. She has worked as a Principal in two leading ACT associate schools. As a Principal, she successfully built schools by infusing many creative practices and inspired the team with her excellent team skills. Ms. Gayatri’s area of interest is in creative teaching of English. Even when donning the role of a Principal with many administrative and academic responsibilities, her passion for teaching did not take a back seat. She loves being with children. Ms. Gayatri is a lifelong learner. She feels that the field of education has given her rewarding experience of meeting renowned educationalists. Her innate urge to imbibe the best teaching aspects from different sources has further helped to fine tune her teaching ability. The numerous training sessions that she attended and conducted has given her enough competence to reach out to fellow teachers. Ms. Gayatri’s commitment and openness to learn spearheads her drive to reach out to more fellow educators and initiate progressive changes in schools.
