Ms. Yashwanti has completed her BCA from Karnataka College Dharwad(KCD) and MCA from Gogte institute of Technology, Belgaum. She started her teaching career at Karnataka university Dharwad for Master of Physical Education Department. She has worked as guest lecturer in various government colleges for a period of 6 years. She has also coached and trained the IAS and KAS aspirants at Vidyakashi career academy Dharwad

She worked at Deshapande Foundation from 2021 to 2025 as SkillPlus trainer. She has worked as Impact Division head for Uttara Kannada district for one year managed 12 colleges in the district. She has worked in multiple roles like Content Developer, Strategic Analyst and Training the Trainer at Deshpande Foundation.

Presently, she is the Center Head for ACT-Hubli. She is in-charge for conducting training programmes for students and teachers.  She is currently managing in-house programme and training at the ACT-Hubli Centre.
