Ms. Rashmi is an early childhood educator and dedicated educational professional at heart with 11 Years of experience in In India and abroad.  She has handled roles in training, curriculum implementation, monitoring and development. As an experienced Educator, she has developed attractive, fascinating, and unique practices in the classroom that created inquisitiveness among young learners.  She has been collaboratively working with parents by conducting parent orientation and making them aware of the importance of “EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION”.  She mainly aims at Multiple Intelligences Philosophy, Inquiry-based learning and Reggio Emilia Approach with creative teaching techniques which focus on a holistic approach in a learner. In 2019 she was awarded as ‘’The best Curriculum lead’’ for Pan India by a renowned preschool.
