This model also enhances the understanding of the learning directed at the brain through the heart. It is a concise amalgamation of the various learning theories without the jargon and the technicalities. It also addresses a lacunae most confusing for the teachers in the classroom …… how to reach out to the learners and transform their attitudes and support them in managing their emotions.

It is a method when the teaching style of the teacher matches with the learning style of the learners.

Thus, learning becomes a joyous and rewarding experience.

The Creative Teaching Model is a simple teaching learning philosophy which dictates the curriculum planning, teaching strategies and assessment. It consists of four domains.

Life Skills Programme:”]Life-Skills are the basic abilities required for an individual in today’s world to transact day-to-day situations in an effective way. It enables students to acquire competencies and extend their learning from the classroom to real life situations. The modules provide an experiential learning and interactive culture among the students. The programme addresses skills to help students to become a better learner and handle day-to-day situations confidently.

Life-Skills Programme is a skill centric approach to learning. The programme comprises of activities which are facilitated through different techniques like role play, mind mapping, brainstorming, debate, painting etc, making an effective and fun-filled learning.

ACT has undertaken research in developing 42 life skills modules and has submitted to Government of Karnataka. We take pride in stating that the modules are being used at government schools.
