SENIOR FACULTY Is an early childhood care and education professional, strongly believe that every child has a right to optimum development and right to seek quality care and education which is actually an investment in the future that provides immense benefits to both the individual and the society. She holds her Basic degree in Psychology and Masters degree in Child development. Her interest & strength include developing curriculum and training modules to improve quality standards across child care facilities and educational initiatives. She has around 12 years of work experience in the field of early childhood care and education. She was instrumental & headed an early childhood care and education program for a Norwegian funded project that initiated around 200 community initiated preschools for underprivileged in Bangalore rural and urban areas. Her corporate ventures include working with eminent preschool chains like kid zee, Euro kids and pupil tree schools. At ACT she is primarily responsible for designing the pre-primary curriculum and organize teacher training programs in ACT associate schools. |
