03 Days Programme on Institutional Leadership for Schools
17th, 18th and 19th August 2023
An important factor in the success of 21st-century schools is the quality of leadership of the principal and teachers. The principal as an institutional leader is expected to recognize the changing times in terms of technology advances, future skills for students, parents & community expectation and adjust their leadership styles to function effectively. The school head is expected to ensure the quality in various areas pf school improvement like of teaching and learning, administrative process, curriculum innovations, students’ academic & personal development and collaboration with parents and the community.
Academy for Creative Teaching – ACT is conducting the 13th annual leadership programme “THE PLATFORM”. An exclusive 03 day programme is planned for the Principals & Vice-Principals and other School Leaders on the theme “Institutional Leadership for Schools”.
THE PLATFORM is a forum of school leaders and a celebration for all leaders, who have made a choice to be leaders with a difference. The platform provides an opportunity for leaders to share their best practices, reflect and vision for the future of the institution.
