THE PLATFORM 2022

As we believe that “a school is as good as the head of the institution”.

The leadership in the school plays a vital role in the success of an institution. In today’s 21st-century schools, the head of the institution is expected to play multiple roles to manage the institution. The school head is expected to ensure the quality of teaching and learning, administrative process, students’ academic & personal development and collaboration with parents and the community.

Academy for Creative Teaching – ACT is conducting the 12th annual leadership programme “THE PLATFORM”. An exclusive 03 days offline programme is planned for the Principals & Vice-Principals and other School Leaders on the theme “Envisioning institutional Leadership for Schools”.

The workshop aims at strengthening the school leadership capability and enabling the leaders to adapt to the changing scenario of education and 21st Century schools.

THE PLATFORM is a forum of school leaders and a celebration for all leaders, who have made a choice to be leaders with a difference. The platform provides an opportunity for leaders to share their best practices, reflect and vision for the future of the institution.

THE OBJECTIVE

  • Reflecting on the personal and professional qualities of a creative leader.
  • Practicing pedagogical leadership
  • Designing the annual School Improvement Plan for the success of the institution.
  • Effective practices for nurturing a positive culture in the institution
  • Discussing the insights of National Education Policy and its way forward.
  • Envisioning the vision for the school education

 

Programme Date: The ACT proposes to conduct the programme on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of December 2022.

Programme Fee: 15,000/- per person for the 03 days programme.  It is inclusive of  18 % service tax, lunch, and high tea.

Programme Duration: 9:30am to 5:00pm.
