Teacher Profile

Mr Murali is committed and passionate in bringing social changes to our society. Being from a
rural background, his education was carried out in a Government School and College. He has
completed a master’s in Sociology, Diploma in Mechanical and Special Education from Shristi art,
design, and technology.  After working for a few months in MNC companies, he decided to work
for the development sector in a very early stage of his career. This resulted in empowering
thousands of children from government schools, urban slums, rural Karnataka through a few
NGOs, and Institutes.
He comes with an overall experience of 20 years in the field of the Development Sector.  He started
his career from a grassroots level, played multiple Leadership roles in managing multiple teams and
has accomplished leading an organization in a very short span of time. Mr Murali has played
various roles like Head of State programmes, Director, CEO for NGOs and helping many
departments of Government as a consultant, helping NGOs and institutes as an advisor. He is a
founding Trustee for an educational institute called Blooms group of Institutes situated in
Chikkaballapur district.
He has vast experience in the education field especially in defining systems, processes, training and
building the teams for executing, monitoring, mentoring and partnership management for
better academic output. Overall, he exhibits strong leadership qualities with commitment and
responsibility, driven by a strong passion to change the lives of children and the community.  He
has a proven record of building organisations from scratch and taking at the level of influencing
policies of the Government. and built strong, result-oriented, process-oriented teams and
organisations.
