Supriya Hoskeri Dyaberi is an experienced and enthusiastic Education Professional with a demonstrated history of working with teachers and principals in schools across India for their Professional Developmental needs. Being a Teacher-Trainer, Content Developer and School Improvement Consultant, she has trained several teachers and school-heads to improve teaching-learning practices that create joyful and meaningful experiences for both teachers and students.

Supriya has a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Santa Clara University, California, USA. As a part of her thesis titled ‘Effective Components of Teacher Training Model’, she studied various teacher training models, particularly California State’s BTSA program. Based on her study and observations, she prepared Effective Components of Teacher Training for Indian teachers keeping in mind the Indian classroom context.

During her university years, she had a short stint with the Markkula Ethics Center, USA. She had an opportunity to briefly contribute to the team that developed curriculum of ‘Character Education‘ for the Department of Education, State of California, USA.

She has worked with the leading teacher training organization in India as a trainer and content developer and has been part of developing modules for in-service and pre-service teachers.

Supriya is a Mindfulness practitioner. She is a cheer caption of integrating play, yoga and mindfulness into academic teaching-learning. She is also a certified Emotional First-aid coach for adults and children and speaks passionately about mental health awareness. As a part of her effort in making schools and society inclusive, Supriya is currently learning Sign Language and is initiating a dialogue of introducing the basics in some of the local schools.
